Dearest people of Alexandria,

As you know I have been appointed Cardinal de Geneva. This is a great honour, and I will do my best to lead the church in Alexandria in a way true to the believes of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

Most of you already know me as your former Minister of Finance and Economics. And I hope that once elections draw close that I will be allowed to run for that possition again, to finish what I have started and to leave a complete legacy to the following Minister.
