YRM August Charles II of Gotzborg,

You need to get a personal bank account.

Then you need a personal UTIC.

Then you need to get a Social Address for your company in Alexandria (for the moment in Geneva, then more cities will be included). For the waterfront property you want in Geneva, I will make sure that we get there as fast as possible.

Then you need a company UTIC.

Then a company bank account.

And then you need to pay for the fees of processing your personal and company's UTICs, your personal one with your personal bank account and your company's with its own bank account.

Sincerely,

Jacques de Beaufort - October 3, 2005 03:28 AM (GMT)
Your Royal Majesty,

Let me add something.

If you are the owner of the company you hold 100% of the shares, so you can't have none. As we have just started, the usual is that the shares are worth R45, and that the owner holds 1000 of them. So if you please, correct that in your company's registration.

Sincerely,

gotzborg - October 3, 2005 11:50 PM (GMT)
Whilst I would like to comment that your system may look a little needlessly complicated at this point, I think it is quite easy. Just a little excessive maybe.

Can you assist me by providing a link to this bank?

In order to assist you with making the process a mite bit easier (I know its always easy when you create it, this would be for us other poor sods) I have some suggestions:

- clarify in the UTIC forum that a person requires *both* a personal and a company UTIC. It should be clarified on the UTIC Form
- Post a link to the Bank in the Ministry forum, so that it is easier to find and register for.
- For the personal UTIC application, explain what 'Member Number' is and where this can be found.

Cheers,

Jacques de Beaufort - October 4, 2005 02:07 AM (GMT)
Your Majesty,

In the Ministry's forum, in the Offices of the Bank, you can find a link.

Concerning UTIC, it says that any person wishing to participate in the Alexandrian economic simulation has to have one. And that any company wishing to do so as well, also has to have one.

And regarding the "member number" all the information required is on the side of every post you make.

Thank you for the advice anyway.

Sincerely,

HIH Prince Enrique Portela - October 4, 2005 11:26 AM (GMT)
Welcome Royal Cousin!

When one inludes 'anyway' after a thank you, if often means f%*& off and mind your own business.<_<

I would respectfully request however you look for any opportunity to simplify the process. I still cannot find a link to this bank, so I would appreciate a link or a more descriptive explanation of 'what' ministry it is in, and what it may be called. The link would be best though.

You have clearly done an outstanding job on this economic effort and you deserve a big pat on the back, you have complete ownership over this process and you will be able to at the end of the day keep it as you wish, I merely make comments which I think would help others who may come along to join the process. Trust me, I may only be a King (and low on the intelligence scale as a result) but if you can make it easy for us dummies, you will be laughing all the way to the bank, wherever that is.

I really want to get involved with the Alexandrian economic process however the fact it has taken 3 days already to get to where we have should be a small indication some simplification may be required.

I look forward to your assistance in getting the remainder of my requirements met so that I may proceed to open up business here.

Regards,

sorry for the inconvenience, Royal Cousin.

I am really sorry that you found my answer to be that, but let me say that, never did I have the intention of insulting Your Majesty.

And, furthermore, you are not the first person to have asked me for links and other stuff; so I will see what I can do to simplify the economic process.

On a totally different note: it would be appreciated, if for the moment you didn't address me as "Minister", for since the reinvention started i no longer hold that possition. I hope one day will come when I can again be in charge of this Ministry, and finish the work I started.

God Bless Your Majesty.

Yours Sincerely,

gotzborg - October 6, 2005 04:39 AM (GMT)
Monsieur de Beaufort,

I in return apologize if I had likewise come off inappropriately.

In regards to your title, I had read the Emperor's statement, but had not translated that into my communications with you. Although I have no doubt you will soon be Minister in charge here again!

Regards,

Jacques de Beaufort - October 6, 2005 05:09 AM (GMT)

Although things are stalled due to elections, legal re-writing and the like, KRS is moving ahead with the opening of its Geneva Shipyards.
