And every citizen has only R30 000 to start, maybe once you have earned some money from your jobs and entreprises you could afford such a residence, in the meantime let me suggest a beautiful Petit Palais in the Rue des Arlennes. Such Palace has beautiful gardens and a covered surface of 565m2. This palace costs R20 340.

Congratulations!! You are going to enjoy your new residence in no time.

To do so we are going to have to do some things.

1. Make a Payment to Beaufort Real Estate (bank account: beaucompanytwo) of R21 357. The Company will the pay the price value to the City of Geneva (owner of the property)

2. Pay the Transaction Tax (TT) to the ITA (bank account: ita) of 1% (R214) of the whole price. This is separate from the property price.

3. Register the new property in the PRA (property registration agency). And pay the fee of R5 to the ITA (bank account: ita)

4. Enjoy your new residence and give a party to inaugurate it (hehe... this is just a suggestion).

So in all you will be paying for your new property R21 576. Enjoy!!!
