You also asked about the "Example of pricing list". Well, the idea is that you give an approximate price, say for an interplanetarian rocket, or a weather/spy tail (these are invented names to give and idea of what i mean), and so on and so forth.... Hope that this clears all your doubts. And make those changes and your company will be registered, also apply for a Company UTIC, you can find the form in the ITA. |
In your case only the ownership, and starting capital issues apply. Besides if you own 1000 shares, and there are only 1000 shares then you own 100% of the company not 80 %. So please correct them.
Also before your company is allowed economic activities, you have to provide us with your UTIC, Which you can get at the ITA, and once we approve your company you should apply for a company's UTIC.
