Your company seems incredible, however, I have to point out that for the moment, the amount specified as "Starting Capital" is somewhat incorrect. As you now, we are an emerging economy, so the money that you put into your company is either money you have and/or the R 45 000 the Ministry gives as incentive for the creation of new companies. Once people have built their personal fortunes, this incentive will be dropped and companies will rely on owners money to begin.

When presenting a company with more than one owner you should do as follows:

1. Name

2. Name
UTIC
Number of shares
3...

So for the moment, I suggest that your change the following...
. Starting Capital
. Salaries
... and that you add the owner of the other 35% of the compan.

You also asked about the "Example of pricing list". Well, the idea is that you give an approximate price, say for an interplanetarian rocket, or a weather/spy tail (these are invented names to give and idea of what i mean), and so on and so forth....

Hope that this clears all your doubts. And make those changes and your company will be registered, also apply for a Company UTIC, you can find the form in the ITA.

Good, we are one step forward, but still missing something, and i quote myself

We need to know who owns the other 40% of the shares. And as you are the owner and CEO, then the owner and CEO own either 60 or 25% of the company, but not different amount for they are the same person.
So either you own 100% of the company, or someone else own the percentage left.

Well, thing is i want people to invest in my company too.. that is why the Owner owns 65% and the CEO owns 25%, then people could own part of the company.

Please help me then... i think i am confused... I'll fix it and then you tell me weather it is right or not ok?

I took the liberty of arranging it myself.

If you put only one name in the owner information, then there is only one owner, no need to point it out. And if there is only one owner the he owns 100% of the company shares, if you would like other people to have access to company shares, you can do so by selling them yourself to them when the Alexandrian Stock Market is activated; and that will be done when we have over 25 companies registered.
Also your CFO needs a salary. But except for that there is no need for any new arrangements.
