Please note that as we are an emerging economy for the time being the starting capital will be R 45000 for every company; this is the incentive the government is giving out to new companies. More than one person can own a company, just write all the names, all the UTICs, and the amount of shares each person holds. The CEO doesn't have to be one of the owners, he may be someone else. Please stick to providing the information asked for in the form (no parenthesis what so ever..hehe). Really... that way it is easier for me to check that everything is in order and provide with the approuval necessary to work.

Please note that to have a legal Social Address when registering a company you have to ask for it in the Property Registration Agency.
