Nubinar, King of Galatia, Duke of Anglien, Duke of Gettinsburg, Duke of
New Acadia, Count of Saransburg, Baron of Reistag, Baronet of Lemay,
Grand-Officer of the Ordre de la Grenade, and Grand Eagle of the Legion
of Honor and of the orders awarded by the Empire;<br>

WHEREAS</strong> We are currently in the midst of a forum move
and parliamentary elections coincide with the forum move;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>WHEREAS</strong> We
believe that the current Imperial Parliament is plagued by severe
inactivity that severely threatens and endangers the survival of the
Realm;<br>
<br>
<strong>LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN</strong> that We hereby
declare a National State of Emergency as established in Article 15,
Section 6 of the Imperial Constitution of 2005, and dissolve the11th
Imperial Parliament;<br>
<br>
<strong>LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN</strong> that elections
to restore Parliament will be conducted two weeks from today, as
established in the following schedule:</p>
<ol>
<li>
<div align="center">Nominations will be open from
today until the 4th of June;</div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="center">Voting will commence on the 5th of
June and it will end on the 9th of June;</div>
</li>
<li>
<div align="center"> A return to this writ of election
must be issued before the 11th of June.<br>
<br>
And Command that it have immediate effect upon this 28th day of Mayr of
2008;<br>
<br>
And we do further Command that our subjects be given this Decree as law
and proclaimed throughout our realm.<br>
