of Honor and of the orders awarded by the Empire;</strong></p>

would like to provide for the reestablishment of the Alexandrian
Catholic Church and its administration once it is reestablished;<br>

<strong>WHEREAS</strong> a leader is needed to lead the
newly reestablished Alexandrian Catholic Church;<br>
<br>
<strong>LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN</strong> that We hereby
appoint Our Trusted Friend and Loyal Subject <span
style="font-weight: bold;">Francis Camillus Puccis</span><strong></strong>&nbsp;to
the states, degrees, styles, dignities, titles and honors of <span
style="font-weight: bold;">Archbishop of Geneva</span><strong>;</strong><br>
<br>
And Command that it have immediate effect upon this&nbsp;24th day
of May of 2008;<br>
<br>
And we do further Command that our subjects be given this Decree as law
and proclaimed throughout our realm.<br>
