proposal from the Prime Minister;</p>

confirmed the appointments as required by the Constitution;<br>

We do hereby appoint, on the advice of the Prime Minister, <strong><em>Jean
Carmicheal </em></strong>as Our Minister of Defense;</p>
<p align="center">We do hereby appoint, on the advice of
the Prime Minister, <span style="font-style: italic;"><span

</em></strong>as our Minister of Justice;<br>

And Command that it have immediate effect upon this day of 15th May

And we do further Command that our subjects be given this Decree as law
