| RESOLUTION To repeal Clause 3 of the 3rd Order in Council WHEREAS Order-in-Council 003 established a specified limit on expansions in the Micras and Giess maps; WHEREAS this policy was implemented to please anti-Alexandrian elements in intermicronational circles, specifically that of Jeremy Bellamy and the Kingdom of New Brittania; BE IT RESOLVED by the Emperor's most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Members of Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. Clause 3 of the 3rd Order-in-Council which states “AND that the Empire of the Alexandrians shall have as its official policy not to expand anymore in the Giess or Micras maps, and officially disavows any future expansions for the time being. The Imperial Cabinet and the Imperial Parliament shall have the power to repeal this specific provision by a simple majority vote or parliamentary resolution;” is hereby repealed and removed as official policy; 2. It shall be the policy of the Empire of the Alexandrians to expand in either map whenever it so chooses within the regulations in place in the mapping institutions. |
