The Empire of Jaconia was formed on the 25th of August 2007. I was chosen to be the nation's new Emperor initially, however soon I was forced to abdicate my throne. I accepted the new title of Grand Duke and a position in the Oligarchy which was thereafter formed. In February of this year, the Oligarchy was abolished, and myself and one Grand Duke Nathan, a fellow member of the Oligarchy, were proclaimed Emperors. We rule directly with no parliament or elected government. We both hold numerous ministerial positions. I am the Empire's Minister of Trade, Foreign Affairs, War and Defence. Emperor Nathan is the Empire's Minister of Finance.

You mentioned that Jaconia is a sovreign empire that resides in the former territory of the Commonwealth of Australia, we would like to know if your Empire is claiming actual land from Australia.

If your answer is affirmative, then we must regrettably cease all diplomatic talks with your nation, The Empire of the Alexandrians is not and will not/not seek relations with micronations that claim secession from real macronations.

My nation does in fact claim what is technically Australian territory (namely certain areas within my home and the home of my counterpart), however Jaconia has no intention of enforcing territorial claims in any way.
