| Office of the Prime Minister of the Empire Juan Ciervo WHEREAS the final count of votes in the Province of Ibelin resulted in a tie, WHEREAS the electoral law dictates that a national vote be carried out to resolve the tie, WHEREAS the Constitution specifies it is the duty of the Prime Minister to call for the by-elections necessary for the renewal of our Imperial Parliament, I hereby ask that an election be held according to the Constitution of the Empire and the electoral law for the seat in the Imperial Parliament from the Province of Ibelin.
