3. Roll of citizens. The Ministry of Interior must provide the State Electoral Commission with a roll of citizens (with e-mail addresses for each provided) eligible to vote, in order to set up the polls as soon as possible. The roll of citizens will then be published in the State Electoral Commission (without e-mail addresses) 10 days before an election. The Electoral Commissioner must ensure that no entry on the register is contrary to law.

Your Excellency,

The elections may, in accordance with the Code of Electoral Law, only take place ten days after a a roll of citizens eligible to vote has been published in the State Electoral Commission.

It is furthermore not the job of the Prime Minister to set the election schedule, he may only call for by-elections. The election schedule is set by the State Electoral Commission in accordance with the Code of Electoral Law.

I therefore ask you to revoke the current Writ of Election and to issue a new one in accordance with the Code of Electoral Law. These elections might otherwise, on request of an interested party, be annulled.

The roll has now been published. I recommend a re-scheduling of the ballots in your writ. May I suggest voting starts 30th April and ends 3rd May?
