The more astute political observers amongst you will have noticed the recent court action brought against His Imperial Majesty's Government apropos the Election in Baudrix. A major problem arose over the identification of citizens' principal province of residence, in instances where they may have more than one.
In an effort to combat this, the Interior Ministry will be changing the census form to avoid such confusion in future. From May, it will look like this:

This should, in the opinion of this Ministry, rectify the problems with the electoral roll identified during this election.
