Mr. Prime Minister,
If I am not mistaken these nominations, including my own, have not yet been confirmed by his Majesty the Emperor.
Considering that since the beginning of april some other commitments have arizen in my life (and I mean IRL), I now kindly decline this nomination.
I also resign as deputy-minister of finance.

These appointments are confirmed by Parliament, and then I pass the decree formalizing the appointment. Parliament was waiting for the Ibelin and Baudrix by-elections to end before they could proceed to that business.
