QUOTE
and Lord LeClerc

I would like my name removed from this action. I have received an explanation and an apology from Mssr. Bertrand already. Furthermore, I didn't actually petition the court at any point over this issue.

It was mentioned in the brief I sent though. You're not down as the initiator of proceedings though.

If Mssr. Bertrand is willing to apologise to Lord LeClerc, I would drop these proceedings against him if similiar apologies were issued to myself, Freddy François and the AAP.

Jean Michel Leclerc - April 8, 2008 11:08 AM (GMT)
As long as the court acknowledges that this case is nothing to do with me, I do not mind what you do.
