While voting, i noticed Mssr. Rousseau's email as part of the OTED electoral list of addresses. (He had moved to San Martin previously).

Since his late return to Alexandria, Mssr. Rousseau moved from San Martin to Valenciennes and is running for MP in that constituency. I hope this can be changed in time.
