Indictment



Count 1, 2 and 3
Franco Torres, Defendant, is by this Indictment accused of committing the crime of treason, to wit: violation of Article 1 of the Imperial Criminal Code, committed as follows: sending a private message via the board's forums to Guy Ziegler, Jean Carmichael and Nicholas Bertrand declaring his intention to unconstitutionally form a Republic as well as unconstitutionally remove the Emperor and his Government from power, resulting in the destruction of the same.


Count 4, 5 and 6
Franco Torres, Defendant, is further accused of committing the crime of Incitement, to wit: violation of Article 27 of the Imperial Criminal Code committed as follows: sending a private message via the board's forums to Guy Ziegler, Jean Carmichael and Nicholas Bertrand offering them the presidency of the so-called Republic of Alexandria and therefore inciting them to commit the crime of Usurpation.

Statement of Clarification: Monsieur Torres has been charged three times with each crime because he sent the aforementioned private message three times to three different persons.
