A bill for a Cabinet Integrity Act

Article 1. The text of article 24 of the Constitution of the Empire of Alexandrians is replaced by the followong provision: "No person shall be Prime Minister or a Minister of the Empire who shall not have been a citizen of Alexandria for a period of three months.”

Article 2. An article 3A is inserted in the Imperial Criminal Code which provides as follows: “He who by whatever means and without the proper authority takes knowledge of or divulges undisclosed governmental communications shall be punished by expulsion for a period fixed by the Court of no more than ten years but no less than two years.”

Article 3. This Act shall enter into force upon assent by the Emperor.
