| Santander Annexation Act Article 1: Reference This act shall be known as the Santander Annexation Act. Article 2: Place in the Empire Santander shall become a Duchy within the Empire. It shall be divided into 3 Marquisates with 4 Counties (total of 20 Counties). Article 3: Use of the Military Sector Santander’s Military Sector shall be used for military research and military training. New bases will be built in the province to train new recruits for the glory and the protection of the Emperor and his Empire. Article 4: Secrecy Santander’s military research centers shall be private access can only be given by the Emperor and the Minister of Defense on advice of the Protector-General. Article 5: Military The Imperial Armed Forces of the Empire shall have access to the Bases within the Military sector routinely on advice of the Governor-general. Article 6: Protector-General There shall be a Protector-General whose position encompasses overseeing the Military Sector in Santander. Article 7: The IIT and Santander’s Military Sector The Imperial Institute of technology shall work in close association with the Province of Santander and the Protector-General in order to test new technologies in the province. Article 8: Map  Article 9: Imperial Assent This act shall become law immediately after receiving Imperial Assent from the Emperor. |
