The Political Rights Protection Constitutional Amendment of 2007 A Bill to enshrine in the Constitution political liberties of the people. BE IT ENACTED by the Emperor's most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Members of Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: ARTICLE 1: FREEDOM OF POLITICAL CHOICES. a.
