The Political Rights Protection Constitutional Amendment of 2007
A Bill to enshrine in the Constitution political liberties of the people.

BE IT ENACTED by the Emperor's most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Members of Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

ARTICLE 1: FREEDOM OF POLITICAL CHOICES.
a. A new article shall be added to the Constitution of 2005 after Article 10 of the Constitution of 2005:

Article 11 [Freedom of Political Choices]
Every person in the Empire of the Alexandrians is free to make political choices, which includes the right:
a.) to form a political party or register as an independent;
b.) to participate in the activities of, or recruit members for, a political party; and
c.) to campaign for a political party or cause.


ARTICLE 2: RATIFICATION.
This amendment shall be officially inserted in the Constitution as specified by the same.
