| Administrator and Moderator Act 2007 Article 1 - Name This act may be reffered to as the Administratior and Moderator Act 2007 or in short as the Admin/Mod Act 2007 Article 2 - Emperor HIM The Emperor holds administrator powers over the forums of the Empire. These powers may never be taken away from him. Article 3 - Other Administrators HIM The Emperor may at any time grant administrator powers to those people that he deem necessary. Article 4 - Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HIM The Emperor shall grant the Prime Minister of the Empire and the Minister of the Interior moderator powers over all forums. Article 5 - Other Ministers HIM The Emperor sall grant all Ministers moderator powers over their respective Ministries. Article 6 - Speaker of the Imperial Parliament HIM The Emperor shall grant the Speaker of the Imperial Parliament moderator powers over all forums concerning the Imperial Parliament. Article 7 - Provincial Prefects and Ministers of Parliament HIM The Emperor shall grant all Provincial Prefects and Ministers of Parliament moderator powers over their respective Provinces. Article 8 - Other moderators HIM The Emperor may at any time grant moderator powers to those people that he deem necessary. Article 9 - Extinction HIM The Emperor may take away administrator and moderator powers from any subject that has missused them. Article 10 - Imperial Assent This Bill shall not have full effect until it has been granted Imperial Assent. |
