The Investigation Act of 2006

Article 1: Citiation
This act shall be cited and/or addresses as the Investigation Act of 2006.

Article 2: Suspects
The Empire of the Alexandrians, on advise of the Minister shall in secret investigate a person that has threatened to harm the existance of the Empire.

Article 3: Database
The Empire of the Alexandrians shall collect a private database of the IPs of past suspects in order to prevent the same problem from happening in the future.

Article 4: Spammers
The Empire of the Alexandrians shall not allow spamming to take place in the forum. Any form of spam is to be considered an act of aggression. Spamming will not be tolerated.

Article 5: Consequences
Failure to comply with the Empire's demands and/or violation of this law would place the individual under Imperial jurisdiction, and sent immediately to jail.

Article 6: Investigations
The Emperor, Prime Minister, Cabinet and Parliament must know of the ongoing investigations in order for them to be valid.

Article 7: Assent
This act will go into effect as soon as it is given Imperial Assent.
