3 counts of Attempts:
QUOTE
Article 28: Attempts

3 counts of Counselling:
QUOTE
Article 31: Counselling
Any person who encourages a person to commit a crime, and that crime is then committed, shall be guilty of Counselling to that crime and shall be liable for the same punishment as the primary offender.

The reason why you have been charged with three counts of each of these crimes is because you allegedly sent a private message via the board's forums to Guy Ziegler, Jean Carmicheal and Nicholas Bertrand.

The text of the message is as follows, according to pre-eliminary testimony made by all three individuals:
QUOTE
Message Forwarded From francotorres

A friend of mine has given me the opportunity to found a Republic in Alexandria. Your past posts show me that you are a man who would favour this and may be willing to help me, so I am going out on a limb and asking you.

My friend will on the 13th of April take control of the Admin account and will then use the account of the emperor to devolve the Monarchy and appoint a President. I feel that with you're history in Alexandria you are ideally positioned to be the President of the future republic. I await you're response, Mr President

This message, having been sent three times to three different persons, is the reason why you have been charged three times with each crime.

Whereas I did not attempt to kill you, levy war or assist an enemy of Alexandria, I did not assist anyone guilty of this nor did I know of any plots to do so. I enter three pleas of NOT GUILTY

Whereas I did not attempt to destroy any of our nations infrastructure I enter three pleas of NOT GUILTY

The rest of the crimes are not fully specified, please tell me if I am being charged with Incitement, Attempted and Counselling Treason or Sabotage.

You enter pleas in court, from what I'm aware.

Emperor Edgard II - March 31, 2008 07:33 PM (GMT)
Mr. Torres,

You are hereby released from the Conciergerie a free man. Since the Government was not aware that the Code of Criminal Procedure was law, it proceeded to do things in a way that was illegal under the stated code. Ergo, your apprehension is illegal.

Thanks,
