Talking to Inmates
Persons are free to speak to inmates and prisioners, but we urge you that you observe some basic rules:

• Be courteous and respectful. If you start taunting any of the people held here, your replies and topics will not be approved and you may be punished.

Prisioner Limits
Prisioners cannot:

• Use the Private Messaging system in the message boards.
• Post in any other forum except the Conciergerie, the High Court and the Ministry of Justice.
• Edit their posts after a lapse of 1 minute.
