The Ministry of Justice:

WHEREBY concluding that the Interior Ministry has found reasonable evidence to suggest illegal activities,

WHEREAS the Law clearly states that plotting to overthrow His Imperial Majesty's Government as well as subversing it and working to destroy internal public order is illegal and treasonous;

WE DO HEREBY issue a Warrant of Arrest for Franco Torres, and order them to be held starting on 28 March 2008.

WE DO HEREBY give the prosecution until 1 April 2008 to provide reasonable evidence against the accused.
