Dearest Alexandrians,

I'm hoping my papers for Gralus apply to Novatainia as well. On Giess, because of the lack of interest of the other parties in Giess, Novatainia operates alone. As such, I'm approaching Alexandria to ask for support in our recently approved expansion proposal. The expansion would connect Lachtopia to our mainland, and expand our northern holdings to a much greater size, as a distant reflection of the large Novatainian holdings on Micras. The main reason for the expansion is to allow access to greater mineral and oil reserves in the region - and I assure you, we have no military interests in Giess, and this is not a secret base like that of Ocia's Bluelight.

Though it may have become forgotten during the war which was unfortunately soon after, Novatainia did assist Alexandria with a land deal, providing them part of Jaris after the Anticans retracted their full claim to it. We hope this will be remembered and Alexandria will be happy to support Novatainia in their Giessan claim.

Alexandria has always remained loyal to their allies. Whether some may think Alexandria is a 'back-stabber' or not, Alexandria is not nor it will ever be. It is a pleasure for Alexandria to back this claim for our friends, the Novatainians. Ally or no Ally Alexandria would feel compelled to help a fellow nation when it needs it.

We do sincerely remember the war in which both of our nations acted in the most gentlemanly manner. A way to conduct the perfect war i which both sides respect and honor each other and believe it or not, it was what both of our nations did. Excellency, I'll draft a statement of recognition shortly, which you may present to the GSO in order for them to be informed that Alexandria does duly support the Novatainian claim.
