| OTED ELECTORAL RIGHTS PROTECTION ACT Article 1. (i)This act may be referred to as the Overseas territory's electoral Rights Protection Act. (ii)The shortened title of this act shall be the OTER Protection Act. Article 2. The Overseas territory of Santander shall be, subject to Article 5, be granted full provincehood of the Empire of the Alexandrians and admitted to the Spanish Sector. Article 3. The Overseas territory of Galatia shall be, subject to Article 5, be granted full provincehood of the Empire of the Alexandrians and shall become the founding member of the German Sector. Article 4. The Overseas territory of Corcovado shall be, subject to Article 5, be merged into the province of San Martian. Article 5. Each Overseas Territory shall be entitled to its own referendum prior to this act affecting it. A simple majority shall be enough for the provisions of this act to be carried out. Article 6. This act shall become law upon receiving Imperial Assent. |
