Mr. Speaker or Mr. Clerk,
While I look forward to wishing Lord LeClerc a good and enjoyable time in Parliament, I believe that his assumption that he is now a Member of Parliament does not mean he is as the State Electoral Commission has not validated him and neither has the Emperor. I therefore ask his remarks be stricken from the record of debate and that he is not allowed to speak in Parliament until either has confirmed him as the new MP for Valeciennes.
Sincerely,
J. Carmichael, Minority Leader.
And thus we are forced to delay legislating again. Has is not occurred to you that the Emperor is absent and that the State Electoral Commission is as good as non-existent. In fact I probably am the SEC considering that I am the only person that has a comprehensive list of the electorate.
Until then M. Carmichael, have it your way and leave the house to rot in the meantime.
You will note that I have had my becoming an MP confirmed by HIH Prince Enrique. Shall I repost all the messages I posted earlier M. Carmichael so that they are no longer stricken?
