Census Act 2008

Article 1 - Name
This act may be cited officially as the Imperial Census Act of 2008.

Article 2 - Application
This act applies to all citizens of the provinces of The Empire of the Alexandrians.

Article 3 - Data Collection
The following data shall be collected from all citizens:
Name; Age; Religion; E-Mail Address; Province of Residence.

Article 4 - Timing
A census shall occur every two months in the first week of the month. They shall occur in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.

Article 5 - Compliance
Failure to supply all of the data requested by the act, without valid reason, shall be considered as a failure to complete the census. Failure to complete a census on three consecutive occasions will see the removal of all electoral rights for that citizen for a period of two months.

Article 6 - Imperial Assent
This act shall come into force on a day in which receives Imperial Assent.
