A Council then? What about an Assembly where everyone can attend, would that be something you would be interested in, Your Grace?

Your Highness, I agree with the Imperial Overseas Council, I think His Grace's idea is what better suits our needs at this time.

I'd just like to say, as an outsider, that I think a catch-all Council for the Overseas Territories is a good idea. It will provide you with a great opportunity to club together and push the possessions further.

I think an OTED Council would be a good idea.

I'm all for it. :)

I think its key will be in getting all of the Territories to work together at first. Maybe from there they may begin persuing a path to full provincehood. Either collectively or individually.

I will be honoured to have you as guests in San Idelfonso to officially establish this Council.

We can meet thursday with some drafts to begin with.
