Title: Imperial Governor of Valenciennes

Jean Michel Leclerc - January 21, 2008 11:56 AM (GMT)
Gentlemen,

Many of you may realize that I have been given the title of Imperial of Valenciennes which allows me to sit on the Emperor's New Council: Look here

I am happy to have had such an honor bestowed upon me, but, equally, I am concerned about the status of such a title within our province. It implies that I am hierarchically superior to the rest of you, when I am not.

I was thinking therefore that I resquest that the Emperor does one of two things: a) That he removes the title of Imperial Governor of Valenciennes and simply allows the elected First Minister to sit on the Grand Council, or; B) That the title of Imperial Governor of Valenciennes is simply a ceremonial title used by whoever the current First Minister is, thus allowing them access to sit on the Council.

What do you think?

Regards,

I have granted you the title of Imperial Governor, not Grand Duke of Valenciennes. ;)

You'll note I've changed my post in recognition of this - I think it was because I just read something involving a Grand Duke!
