I would like to announce that the Kingdom of Tellia is ready to begin informal relations, starting with this note, with the Empire of The Alexandrians. I am most happy to be here.
After Tellia has reached the required age of three months, early next month, we can begin more formal relations. I hope that things will move quickly and smoothly between our nations.

It is always a pleasure to see a foreign ruler come and visit our great nation. On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, and the Foreign Office, to say that it is a pleasure for Alexandria to engage in Diplomatic Relations with Tellia. I, myself have always been interested in Tellia, its culture and mix.
I shall await for His Majesty, to formally begin to establish relations between our two nations.
