JUSTIN LEOPOLD ALBERT CHRISTIAN GEORGE, the Most Noble, Potent, and Illustrious Prince, Prince of Emden, Duke of Guelph, Head of the House of Marchmain to my right trusty and right well-beloved Sister CHASITY ANNE MILLER to my beloved brothers, sisters and cousins, and to any and all to whom these presents shall come, greeting.

Whereas my beloved Sister Chasity Anne Miller, has petitioned me to receive her into the House of Marchmain as a member thereof to hold the name of Marchmain as her own;

Therefore let it be known that, by and with the consent of my brothers, sisters and cousins, I am well-pleased to hear her petition and to grant her request;

That from this day forward, my Beloved Sister Chasity Anne Miller shall be known henceforth as CHASITY ANNE MARCHMAIN, and shall be fully and completely a Member of the House of Marchmain unless and until she shall marry and take the name of her spouse or until her demise.
