Minister of Foreign Affairs<br>Rt. Hon. Jose Frias, Minister of Finance<br>Rt.
Hon. Pete James, Minister of Justice<br>His Imperial Highness Prince Augusto,
Director of National Intelligence<br><br>His Imperial
Majesty, the Emperor of all Alexandrians in Council.<br></p>
<p align="center"><strong>WHEREAS</strong>
the Kingdom of New Brittania, formerly known as the Kingdom of Numenor, and
its leaders are unnecessarily and unwarrantedly anti-Alexandrian, and have
resorted to the lowest tactics to reflect their unreasonable hate towards the
Empire of the Alexandrians and the House of Portela;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>AND WHEREAS</strong> We wish to establish a firm commitment
and set a public example of restraint in expansions within the Giess
(GSO) and the Micras (MCS) maps;<br><br><strong>LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN</strong> that We, <strong>Edgard II, Emperor of all the Alexandrians,
Perpetual Defender of the People of Alexandria, Most Noble Sovereign of the
lands of Alexandria, By Grace of God, Lord of the Empire, Marquess of Nubinar,
King of Galatia, Duke of Anglien, Duke of Gettinsburg, Duke of New Acadia, Count
of Saransburg, Baron of Reistag, Baronet of Lemay, Grand-Officer of the Ordre de
la Grenade, and Grand Eagle of the Legion of Honor and of the orders awarded by
the Empire</strong>, do by
this Our Imperial Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative
Imperial, by and with the advice of Our Council of State, hereby withdraw from
the <a href="http://alexandriaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=3128">Treaty of
Recognition and Friendship with the Kingdom of New Brittania (formerly known as
the Kingdom of Numenor)</a> and the <a
href="http://alexandriaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=3330">Treaty of Lynton
Island</a>
effective immediately;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>AND</strong>
that we hereby unilaterally extend full recognition to the Kingdom of
New Brittania as a fully independent, sovereign and free micronation;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>AND </strong>that the Empire of the
Alexandrians shall have as its official policy not to expand anymore in the
Giess or Micras maps, and officially disavows any future expansions for the
time being. The Imperial Cabinet and the Imperial Parliament shall have the power to repeal this
specific provision by a simple majority vote or parliamentary resolution;</p>
<p align="center">We do further
command that it have immediate effect upon this 21st day of December of 2007;<br><br>And
we do further Command that our subjects be given this Decree as law and
