| Office of the Prime Minister of the Empire Juan Ciervo WHEREAS the Constitution has termed the Imperial Parliament to stand for 3 months, WHEREAS those 3 months are past over and it is time to renew our Parliament as soon as possible, WHEREAS the Constitution specifies it is the duty of the Prime Minister to call for the by-elections necessary for the renewal of our Imperial Parliament, I hereby ask that an election be held according to the Constitution of the Empire and the electoral law of a member to serve in the Imperial Parliament for the constituencies of Baudrix, Valenciennes, Ibelin, San Martin, Rio Grande and the Overseas Territories; The nomination of candidates at the election to be held on the 9th day of January, 2008; The voting of candidates to be held on the 10th through the 13th days of January, 2008; A return to this writ to be made by the 15th day of January, 2008.
