An Act to bring the recent craze of multiple citizenships held by Alexandrians under regulation and control.
BE IT ENACTED by the Emperor's most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Members of Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

ARTICLE 1: LIMIT FOR MULTIPLE CITIZENSHIPS.
a. No Alexandrian citizen shall have or maintain more than three (3) micronational citizenships, without counting their Alexandrian citizenship.
b. Alexandrians who have citizenship in the Viking Empire of Stormark, the Antican Republic and the Democratic Republic of Riponia need not to count their Stormarkian and/or Antican and/or Riponian citizenship(s) in the limit prescribed by Article 1, Section A.
c. The limit may be waived on a case by case basis and only if an Imperial Directive, such as but not limited to an Imperial Statement, Decree, or Order-in-Council, allows for a specific exemption in a case.

ARTICLE 2: PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLATIONS.
a. First Violation - If an Alexandrian citizen is found to have violated this law, on the first offense, the citizen shall receive a verbal warning in which said citizen, once he or she has received the warning, shall have to relinquish one of his citizenships.
b. Second Violation – If an Alexandrian citizen is found to have violated this law for a second time, said citizen shall be punished with a one week-long suspension of his or her civil rights. Commutations and/or pardons may be given once the person has relinquished one of his or her citizenships.
c. Third Violation – If an Alexandrian citizen is found to have violated this law for a third time, said citizen shall be punished with a one month suspension of his or her civil rights. Commutations and/or pardons may be given once the person has relinquished one of his or her citizenships.
d. Fourth Violation – If an Alexandrian citizen is found to have violated this law for a fourth time, said citizen shall have his or her Alexandrian citizenship revoked. Said person will not be able to reapply to obtain his or her Alexandrian citizenship for a period of one (1) month.

ARTICLE 3: IMPERIAL ASSENT.
This act shall become law once it has received His Majesty’s Imperial Assent.
