I believe that now that the Grand Commonwealth and Paulovia have come to an agreement over Nea Hestia we can look at the declaration and vote on it.

I advocate for a no vote, because we need to fix the declaration with Paulovia for us to recgonize the new arrangement instead of the old.

DECLARATION OF NEA HESTIA

BETWEEN

THE EMPIRE OF THE ALEXANDRIANS

AND

THE KINGDOM OF PAULOVIA

In the spirit of friendship and cooperation which exists between our two nations and confirming our resolution to promote wider opportunities for trade and in matters of mutual interest, we the undersigned agree and declare the following;

1. The Empire of the Alexandrians formally recognises the territorial claim made by the Royal Paulovian Government of 13 September 2006 on the island named Nea Hestia and recognises the Kingdom of Paulovia as the sole and rightful Sovereign Power of the said island.

2. The Empire of Alexandrians shall enjoy full anchorage, transit and fueling rights both mercantile and naval on Nea Hestia at Neapolis Bay anchorage, with the full permission of the Royal Paulovian Government.

3. This Declaration comes into force upon signature of authorised government representatives from each signatory nation.
