Minister,

We must begin to draft legislation establishing our national tax system. PHP Bank has features that are very beneficial in tax retrieval, as long as the person has a bank account.

I suggest enacting the following taxes into law:

• Income Tax (but it's actually the bank account that will be taxed)
• Inactive Account Tax (a tax levied on inactive accounts)
• Sales Tax (a tax on any sale made in Alexandria. This one could be hard to collect.)

I suggest placing this matter before the Economic Planning Committee if it convenes soon.

these are good options, I am sure we can work them into a bill, Your Majesty.

I was considering imposing a small tax on a company's profits but that would require companies reporting them and it could create a big hassle.
