KRS has already applied before, and I have seen that there is an application already sitting at the Ministry of Economics again. We'll take it as a "renewal" of sorts, I guess.
Your second step would be to acquire a bank account at the Central Bank of Alexandria, the link to the bank is in the above menu under the marquee to the right.
