Citizens,

On this day I would like to congratulate the Prime Minister on a wonderful speech, and on an excellent agenda for this term. I hope to work close with him in acheiving his goals for the "engrandissement" of our beloved Empire.

It is also the matter of this address to congratulate our very own Count Paul Joyce on his nomination to fulfill the duties of Minister of the Interior and Police. We hope that his nomination will be confirmed in Parliament.
