I'm going to make a new program for it Soon I think. It will give some match commetery too such as injerys, goal timings, red and yellow cards. (If my skills allow it)

You have to consider that in the South Hemisphere (Argentina and others) on January we are on holidays and it would be difficult for us to have access to Internet. Perhaps it's a better idea to start it on February!

I'm sure we can manage that. Perhaps the MoI could draw up a list of holidys for citizens then we will be able to opitimize both this and ither serveces

Pete, would you create the teams directly, will you use the same as last season, will there be one per province and overseas territory, or will you encourage citizens to create their own teams?

We can draw up new teams if you'd like. I see no problems with that, and if someone wants to keep their old teams then.. by golly do it! :) I for one plan on keeping mine it took me a long time to design my stuff for my team.
Citizens are encouraged to start their own team, but they have to come from some place within the Empire. The City has to be real etc etc. For Example the Sebastianian Fury ( Poiters hope you dont mind me using ur team as an example) They are based in Puerto Nuevo i believe and the capital of Puerto Nuevo is San Sebastian hence the name Sebastianian Fury.
