The time has come where I am no longer able to devote the necessary time, care, and patience to the Empire of the Alexandrians as I once was. I no longer have the ability to spend three hours on a Saturday pouring over our economy - and even then that three hours was hardly enough with the most basic of systems. I no longer have time to teach, as those in my Micronational History class would have noticed - though I do hope they are all awarded their graduation certificates because in many cases those in the class knew as much or more about certain affairs than I did. I no longer have time to kick a dead horse - which is what the People's Democratic has become in the face of Christian Monarchy majority in this nation.

As such, I hereby resign the following positions:

Minister of Finance and Economics
President of the People's Democratic Party
Charge d'affairs, to all respective nations thus assigned
Diplomatic Envoy, Novasolum
Representative to Parliament

I hereby ask also that unless a candidate steps forward, that the People's Democratic Party be laid to rest.
