Title: Activity in Parliament

Jean Pierre, since parliament has two vacant seats, and knowing that this could have an adverse effect on the empire's national politics, I was wondering, in the law allows it it maybe you could move to Baudrix, and represent them, and then Paul or I could fill the Ibelin seat.
If the law isn't against this would you consider this proposal?

He would have to first reign his seat, then move, then file for candidcy in Baurdix.

It would be a pity if our Grand Duke Jacques gets left out for a hole Parliamentary session or if he has to move himself to another province while being Grand Duke of Ibelin.

The proposition was the following: That when the old session closes you mved to a province without a candidate, and represent them while I represented Ibelin. Normally I would not ask this of any resident but since we are currently have a citizen shortage, I believe it is in the nation's best interest that Parliament is as active as we can get it, therefore, if you could move to another unrepresented province and represent them while I represented Ibelin, we would be gaining on more member in Parliament, and since I am Grand Duke of Ibelin, I cannot represent another province.
Please let me know if you accept this proposal.
