Dear Citizens,

We meet today to celebrate the Inauguration of the Offices of Ibelin's Provincial Government. The Emperor has granted us the possibility of managing our beloved province, and we intend to do so at the best of our abilities.
It is known by all of you, that I havo only just returned to Alexandria, but I can assure you that as Grand Duke of Ibelin I will do everything in my power to revitalize this province and the whole of the nation.
I intend to work closely with our representative before the Imperial Parliament, in order to see that things acquire the necessary involvement from all of the citizens of the nation. A detailed plan of action will be presented to you all shortly.

I hope you will all support this government in its quest for a better Ibelin and a better Alexandria.

Thanks for your support Paul. You are held dear in this administration's heart. You should, by all means, get involved, and help us in the search for a better Ibelin, one that is more involved with Alexandria, because all of this points to achieving a better Empire.
