Title: Balance of Powers Amendment

Article One (Title)
1. This amendment shall be known as the Balance of Powers Amendment

Artile Two (Amendment)
1. This bill calls for the amending Part IV, Article 16, Section 2 of the Constitution from:

QUOTE
(2) The Parliament shall consist of one Member from each Territorial Division of the Empire of the Alexandrians, one Member appointed by the Emperor as a scholar and Member of the Roman Catholic Church and one Member chosen by the Prime Minister from the judiciary.

Article Three
1. The Amendment shall be made upon passage by the Imperial Parliament and the recieving of Imperial Assent.
