The National Employment Database Act

Article 1Name.
This act shall be officially cited as the “National Employment Database Act”.

Article 2National Employment Database.
1. There shall be a forum within the Place du Marmion (General Discussion) forum to be titled “National Employment Database”, hereafter reffered to as “the forum”.
2. The forum shall be made available to be viewed by the general public.
3. The forum shall contain lists of job openings submitted by organizations, private or public, from all levels of Alexandrian society. Government, private and other job listings may be posted in this forum.
4. The information required in a job posting should be:
a. Name of the organization that is hiring;
b. Place where the organization is based in;
c. Pertinent and necessary details about the job such as but not limited to position, pay, job description, location, etc.
d. Contact information for the individual(s) in charge of hiring.
5. The National Employment Database shall be maintained by the Ministry of Finance and Economics. The Minister of Finance and Economics may appoint a Director specialized in updating and properly operating the National Employment Database.
6. It is not an absolute requirement for any organization operating in or out of Alexandria to advertise in the National Employment Database.

Article 3Imperial Assent.
This act shall become law once it has received Imperial Assent.
