I suggest we change:

QUOTE
Section IV.
Census' shall occur every six months in the first week of the month. They shall occur in the months of March and September.

For this:

QUOTE
Section IV.
Census' shall occur every three months in the first week of the month. They shall occur in the months of January, April, July, and October.

As Interior Minister and the organiser of census threads I have no issue with conducting the necessary censuses on a more frequent basis. You'll note that I have changed the months to avoid a December Census when people are busy doing other things.

If needs be I have no problem conducting a census as soon as the bill passes ahead of the proposed official April Census.

Joshua Jackson - March 3, 2006 03:56 AM (GMT)

Is age really necessary?

Jean Michel Leclerc - March 3, 2006 11:44 AM (GMT)
Not really but it makes it interesting to see a more detailed make-up of the country. The government would never use this information against someone.

Pete James - March 3, 2006 04:41 PM (GMT)
I have no problem with the proposed changes

Jean Michel Leclerc - March 3, 2006 07:40 PM (GMT)
Thankyou.

Jacques de Beaufort - March 6, 2006 04:03 PM (GMT)
I am completely in favour of this act, and the ammendments proposed. I believe that Mr James has done a great service by proposing this. And furthermore, if noone else has further ammendments to suggest I motion to Fast Track this bill. Does anyone second the motion?

Sincerely,

Pete James - March 6, 2006 04:06 PM (GMT)
I second the motion, and would like to thank you for your kind words

Jacques de Beaufort - March 7, 2006 06:09 AM (GMT)
