By Order of His Eminence, the Cardinal de Geneva, By the Grace of Our Lord, Jacques de Beaufort

We do hereby Command that the Empire of the Alexandrians be split into two diocese for the better administration of the Church, one in the French Sector based in the Basilica of Saint Louis Our Protector located in Baudrix, and one in the Spanish Sector based in the Cathedral of Santa Teresa de Ávila located in Puerto Nuevo.

We do also hereby Command that the Cathedral of Valenciennes be put to the Category of Parrish, and be no longer a Cathedral.

We do also hereby Command that Father Emiliano Morales be vested as Bishop of Puerto Nuevo. And that he be styled Monseñor Emiliano Morales Bishop of Puerto Nuevo.

We do also hereby Command that the Curia be created to handle all the affairs of the Church in the Empire of the Alexandrians.

And we request that this Holy Decree be given the Imperial Assent of the Emperor of the Alexandrians, by the Grace of Our Lord, Edgard II.
