People of Alexandria,
Father Emiliano has put to my attention that the Catholic Church in Alexandria has no official structure. Up to this day it was not necessary since it was only me, but now that we have another priest in the Empire we will make this structure and reorganize the Church in Alexandria.
To begin with the so said Cathedral in Vallenciennes is not Cathedral anymore. This is not anarbitrary desicion, but a needed desicion in the reoganization.
The Cathedral of Geneva is the only Cathedral in the French Sector. The other Cathedral will be in a province of the Spanish Sector.
With this we are dividing the country into two diocese. Father Emiliano Morales will be made Bishop of the other diocese.
The fact that someone is a bishop of a certain diocese in real life means that he has to live in the province where the Cathedral is, in Alexandria we will make an exception, since I am already a resident of Asuncion and am very committed to this province and since Father Emiliano is already a citizen of the province of Vallenciennes. I f he should choose so to do he may change his residence to the province of the Spanish sector where we build the new Cathedral.
The Catholic Church of Alexandria will be governed by the Cardinal and he will be assited in the task by the Curia (name given in Spanish to the administration of the Church).
As we keep furthuring our plans to organize the Catholic Church in Alexandria with Father Morales we will keep you informed.
This is only an announcement, but we will give you the exact information when it has been decided on.
